The scooter is equipped with a single cylinder engine with a four stroke engine and a top speed of 95 km/h. It has a power output of 11.6 BHP at 7,500 rpm and a torque of 11.5 Nm at 6,000 rpm. Its transmission is fully automatic, making it one of the most user friendly scooters. It also has a large luggage compartment, as well as a power assisted braking system. Vespa believes that the special edition scooter will be a fitting tribute to Justin Bieber and stated that it is a perfect combination of style, power and luxury.
